Member FAQ

Q: Is the Hugs and Nugs program open to anyone?
A: The program is offered to any patients with a current, valid medical cannabis card who register and meet the program qualifications.

Q: If I don't have a Medical Cannabis Card can I still register for Hugs and Nugs?
A: Yes! You can register, but you cannot receive your Hugs and Nugs products until your medical cannabis card has been verified and you are assigned to a participating retail partner.

Q: How will I know when and where to get my Hugs and Nugs products?
A: Members will receive an monthly email with all Hugs and Nugs product pick up information for their assigned shops. Retail locations and the Ball Family Farms Hugs and Nugs webpage may also post pickup information.

Q: Does the program cost to participate?
A: No. The program is free to all active members of the Hugs and Nugs program. 

Q: If I can't attend a pickup event, can I send someone to pickup my products for me?
A: No. Members must be present with membership card and valid ID to pick up Hug and Nugs products. All applicable state and local commercial cannabis regulations apply. 

Q: Can I pre-select the products I receive?
A: At this time, all Hugs and Nugs products are pre-assembled based on product availability.
